Dhoni Kohli Rohit

M.S.Dhoni vs Virat Kohli vs Rohit Sharma : Dinesh Karthik explains the captaincy style of all

“Nothing in this world is bigger than experience.” This line is applied to Indian Cricket Team also. Team India is very lucky to have 3 most successful captains who are in the playing squad for World Cup and other limited over formats.

The wicket-keeper batsman Dinesh Karthik explains the captaincy style of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. He has played under the captaincy of all these 3 legends. As per him, these 3 jewels of India have different perceptions, different ways of leadership, different ways of handling the situation. While MSD has been the most experienced captain of Indian Team, Virat Kohli is getting experienced day by day in all the three formats, Rohit Sharma whenever gets chance proves his leadership also.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni is cool, sensitive, instictive leader. As a leader he has proved everything. Under his captaincy various big Indian players like Virendra Sehwag, Sachin Tendulkar, Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh etc have played. The ways of taking decisions by Dhoni on the ground is very provoking. He is a very practical being. As per the situation he turns his decisions. Dhoni always motivates, inspires and guides other players on and off the ground. Karthik further adds that he has learnt various techniques of wicket-keeping from Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

On the other hands, the present skipper Virat Kohli is a bit aggressive. He is self confident. The performance of team India under his leadership is quite well. Kohli has led India to win various trophies in all the three formats. He keeps on learning the captancy from Dhoni on the ground. He is a quick learner and very active captain on the grounds. He meets with bowlers in between and guides them properly.

Rohit Sharma has been magnificent as a captain. He is also the captain of Mumbai Indians. Under his leadership Mumbai has won several titles. Rohit Sharma gets inspiration from Mahendra Singh Dhoni as he calls him his guru. He talks to players and bowlers often and takes punctual decisions. As a captain Rohit Sharma plays his natural innings.

All the three captains are true leaders. All of them have different ways of captaincy but their vision is same. These three leaders will have great responsibility in the World Cup 2019. All of them have enough experience and they have won big titles. It will be great for the new players to learn from these trio captains. Dhoni-Kohli-Rohit counts to half of Team India.

Dinesh Karthik feels very enthusiastic to play for Team India under the captaincy of D-K-R. Hope India will do the best in coming times by using the experience of these trio.
