Australia defeated Sri Lanka by 87 runs in the ICC World Cup 2019 on Saturday. Australia gave a huge target of 334 runs to Sri Lanka in the match played on The Kennington Oval ground. In reply, the Sri Lankan team made 247 runs in 45.5 overs. Skipper Dimuth Karunaratne (97) scored the highest runs for Sri Lanka. He struck out nine fours in his 108-ball innings.
